Description
1927 T Street Roadster. Runs 5.20's - 5.30's in 1/8th. New tires, brakes, front end. Body in black. Certified to 7.50 until 2010. Fresh 509 Chevy on methanol, ATI trans and conv. Dana rear with 4.10. 1750 lbs less driver. Easy on parts. Never have to take off the hood. See More pics at www.pointtopointautomotive.com/27-T-Roadster Will separate and sell less motor and trans for $10,000.00. The roll bar measures 23" at the shoulder and is 41" tall. I am 5'11" and 185 pounds and it is very comfortable for me to drive. The delay box is a Digital Delay Inc. crossover box, and it has a MSD 7AL ignition with a crank trigger. I have an Autometer shift light, an Aerospace electric shifter (the electric shift is not hooked up). It has Howards rods and crank, Comp Cam, Brodix Cylinder heads, Venolia Pistons, all have about 35 runs since rebuild. I leave the line at 3000 and shift at 6600. It is a Brogie 1998 Chassis. I had the tin work, brake lines and electronics redone 2 winters ago so it is really good shape. The body was just repainted this winter black. Like the ad states the front end was just redone this winter with all new Mark Williams spindles, brakes, etc. The converter is a 4500 ATI as is the powerglide transmission. It has a 4 link suspension with a Dana rear. The roll bar has all the new gussets required by NHRA and the helmet bar that will allow it to be re-certified without needing any further updates. (unless NHRA comes up with a new rule). The certification is good through 2010.
