Description
The car is in supurb condition. It was completely restored in 1994 by me. The car was stripped and sent to be media blasted after which it spent 6 months in the custom body shop of a friend getting its fresh paint. The car was immaculate before the restoration, so the 13 month restoration was very easy. The car was painted an original sea foam green that I had modified to richen up the color. The car has the original head liner which is in excellent condition. The full interior is in the car, it also has been redone. It even has the factory tissue dispenser in the car. I have the original hood for the car that was restored. The car currently has a steel hood with a 4" cowl hood on it. I have all the original parts I took off the car when I built to show and race.
History
The car originated in Iowa, I am the third owner of the car. It was an original 348 powerglide car.
Recent Competition History
Raced very little, when raced always finished in the top three. Has won countless first place and best of trophies. Was also a feature car in the March 1999 issue of the Late Great Chevy magazine. Also made the super chevy magazine in August 2000.
